An apartment building in Westbury has sold for $3.55 million.
Bosfa Properties, a Lawrence-based real estate investment firm, purchased the 18-unit building on .40 acres at 839 Prospect Ave.
Constructed in 2005, the three-story, 25,800-square-foot building is fully occupied.
John Thomas and Peter Wolf of Select Real Equity Advisors represented the buyer, as well as the seller, 839 Management LLC, in the sales transaction.
“The buyers are excited to add this conveniently located property to their growing multifamily portfolio,” Wolf said.
